During the summer of 2023, I pursued a collaboration with the Beirut-based EXIL COLLECTIVE. I traveled to Lebanon to develop a project with local craftspeople in the industrial area of Madineh Sinaaieh. EXIL connected me to a sandcasting workshop that produced objects and sculptures from recycled aluminium. For this project, I designed a range of small objects for tables and walls, and a selection of them were later sold at the ECAL XMAS MARKET.
